Super Single Cindy!

Happy New Year!!! It’s 2021, a new year and a fresh start, a great time to make promises to ourselves that we hope to keep. It’s the time of year when we set goals and attempt to adjust habits and lifestyles, efforts which are sometimes short-lived but always well intentioned. It’s also time for the launch of Super Single Cindy!!!

I teased late last year that I had started scripting sketches about my failing search for ‘The One’ in an attempt to stay creatively active in the artist slowdown of COVID-19. Have you ever wondered why is it sometimes so difficult for us to find an appropriate partner? One thing is for sure, dating fails usually give us great fodder for comedy and this is no different.

I was happy to channel the struggle of the modern woman into my character of the same name (wink wink) with a view to making light of a sometimes inconvenient truth, that humans long to belong… seeking companionship can be a trauma filled, yet hilarious road so I’m making the most of it in my new series of shorts on social media, appropriately entitled ‘Super Single Cindy’!!!
