Super Single Cindy Teams Up with Nestle and Fitt Street Market!
It’s always a tremendous feeling of success as an independent artist when you can get a sponsor to see the value of your work and to come on board. It is like a stamp of approval from the corporate world and that little extra third party validation that helps boost your brand. This is why I was very excited when the Fitt Street Market and Nescafe Caribbean agreed to link with me on my third Super Single Cindy sketch which is basically a colourful Zee TV fever dream as I jostle a handsome guy for a bottle of holy grail Nescafe gold coffee.
Now I had cunningly shot the episode with the view to product placement before I ever had discussions with the Nescafe team so there is something to be said for positive imaging and projecting. This is not to say that I haven’t gotten flat out refusals on other similar attempts of forecasting placements during shoots but I didn’t let it deter me. I got two corporate collaborators on sketch 3, as Fitt Street Market agreed to be featured as the heavenly supermarket comprising all things dream-come-true, including those of the curious single gal lol. Thanks to Nescafe Caribbean, I was given 4 lovely hampers and product as giveaways for social media supporters!
